Delve deep into honoring the entire woman—body, spirit, and soul—while engaging in a sacred space that recognizes and celebrates the divine rhythms of our lives, hormonal cycles and expression. In a world that often caters to masculine energies and day-oriented productivity, this retreat calls us back to the reverence of the Moon, Venus and our inner wisdom, encouraging us to reclaim our innate creativity and self-empowerment without apology.
Together, we will quiet our minds and find moments of pause amidst the chaos of everyday life, opening the door to collaborative growth and healing. As we gather, each participant will contribute to a rich tapestry woven from our diverse backgrounds and unique stories, allowing us to address our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual strengths and challenges through astrology, voice, dance, movement, writing, ceremony, and alchemy.

As 2025 is a 9 year in numerology, the year of the snake in the lunar zodiac of the Chinese tradition, we will overlay what this means in relation to your worth, vitality, and energetics as a sacred feminine creator being. On January 3, Venus goes conjunct with the moon beckoning our internal harmonic alignment and it is the 6 Ajmaq in the Tzolkin, which indicates a strong line of communication with the ancestral realm. the elders, and our celestial forces that guide us on our healing journey. Waqib’ or 6 symbolizes feminine energy in numerology but the tradition of the Maya, it is a symbol of the ultimate stability in all aspects of life and how each area of our earthly foundations are interconnected. haiikkuu weaves soul poetry through the 4th world. ephemeral ambient r&b textures interplay with human vibration in liminal space & Dali daydreams.
this is an experiment of archetypes, channeling raw expression and intuitive feminine wisdom. vocal layers soar high peaks and inner seas with repeated phrases, seeking balance between feral power, dynamism and precision. each performance is a ritual, leading to acceptance of the self and the collective in the now moment. the magic of haiikuu is ether and water. energy moves as melodies become mantras. fertile shadows come to light as they beg us to look in the mirror with more love._
Over 15 years working as an international music educator and touring performer, Edwards launches her experimental and ambient R&B project Haiikuu. Her sweeping vocals and distant chants soar over lush cerebral layers of minimal electro-sensual soundscapes. Haiikuus’s mystical live performances invite the audience into a world of the wild feminine peppered with polyrhythms and Latin percussion, joined by vocalists Alexi Leon, Jules, Marqua, and Shainna Allen and a 4-14 piece live band.
As a seasoned performer, fresh off a new release with her duo, Loki Moon, she will be returning to Europe on tour with the cinematic surrealist band Trees Speak (Soul Jazz Records) in fall of 2025. She has performed in the experimental and underground scene in Europe at festivals such as Le Guess Who (Utrecht, NE) Transcentury Fest (Leipzig, GER) Primavera Weekender (SP) and in venues such as Paradiso Tolhuistin (Amsterdam, NE) Botanique (Brussels, BE) The Synth Museum Ubel und Gaeferlich (Hamburg, GE) and 100 Club London.
Haiikkuu’s highly anticipated debut solo record “Chrysalis” will be released in early 2025.

Ashley Christine Edwards is a vocalist, musician, creative mentor, and founder with a passion for sharing evolution and sacred work with music as medicine combining her passion for sound, frequency, creative flow and earth wisdom. As a mentor and guide, Ashley nurtures the voices of emerging artists and vocalists within her online sanctuary, Own Your Vocal Power, an intersection of personal alchemy and industry for vocalists & creatives. Her intention is to create beauty, connection, and light in the world.
At 25, she co-founded iAM MUSIC Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit music ecosystem in Colorado. With a clear mission and vision, she has devoted her life to uplifting artists, bands, and performers in diverse spaces—from intimate studios and classrooms to conferences and festivals, uniting independent artists while cultivating the voices of the next generation. For over 15 years, Ashley has been a catalyst in creativity and performance, hosting and producing events that celebrate the healing and unifying power of music. Through her work, she empowers others to recognize and embrace their creative potential, fostering a community where artistry and spirit thrive in harmony.
Ashley will be sharing Voice of Alchemy in the Creative Workshop Series of the retreat, along with opening closing ceremonies, Fireside Ceremony, and performance.
JULIANNE MARQUA
I am an artist living, breathing, playing, and creating in the high desert mountains. I believe one of our greatest missions here, earth side, is to take the beauty we have within and express it outwards. Not a single person walks this earth without valuable art to share. We are, after all, made in the image of the creator. So why would it not be our very nature to create?! ALEXI LEON
I was born in the coastal city of Lima, Peru. Food, music and dance are a big part of Peruvian culture and have heavily influenced who I am today. As I was finishing my undergrad I had the great opportunity to travel the world and gain a wider cultural and language experience. I eventually landed in Colorado, where I went back to school for a Master of Arts in Education. In addition to sharing and teaching my love for language, culture and cooking, I found myself also sharing my passion for dance, not only in workshops and lessons, but also in shows with my band, the Mojo Birds, which I really enjoy touring with.
Finding myself in a different country led me to figure out how to be free within my own body; and the first step was dancing. I’ve been a dancer my whole life, but this chapter took me on a different ride, to another level. Through a variety of steps and discoveries, I became a free spirit-dancer. I felt like I uncaged my body. No matter where I am, I can dance, feel free and empowered <3. THIS, is what I want to share with you: to take you on a path where you feel like you can dance anywhere, where your body is uncaged, free of self judgement and is empowered to move with authentic and unapologetic expression.
Alexi will be sharing SIN JUALA uncaged Dance and Movement in the Creative Workshop Series of the retreat alongside dreaming up our menu as well as performance.
SHAINNA ALLEN
Shainna Grace is an energetic voice instructor and performer with a passion for authentic self-expression. Currently pursuing a Vocal Performance degree at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Shainna has cultivated a deep understanding of vocal anatomy, diction and technique. Her own artistry blends advanced performance styles—such as runs, glides, and growls—with soulful storytelling and creative exploration.
As a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200) and Level I Reiki practitioner, Shainna integrates holistic practices into her work, creating a safe, sacred space for vocal exploration and transformation. Drawing inspiration from her experiences as a Pacific Crest and Appalachian Trail thru-hiker, themes of resilience, nature, and self-discovery are weaved into her teaching.
Shainna invites participants to awaken their inner Goddess with advanced vocal exercises, Sanskrit mantra, and the exploration of divine feminine energy. Her workshop weaves technical precision with creative vocal play and soulful expression, connecting women to their inner wildness through the transformative power of the voice.
Outside of teaching and performing, Shainna enjoys hosting friends, blending herbs into tea, and hiking with her dog, Drogo. Currently writing original music and preparing to launch an online vocal course in 2025, Shainna continues to explore the intersection of music, expression, and feminine collaboration.
